Seems to be a weekly occurrence every week since the year began. What has them so occupied?

The Federal Register Advanced Search shows 78 instances of 'Sunshine' in 2022 for the SEC. This includes CLOSED and Open meetings.

Fore reference, there have been 25 total 'Sunshine' references so far this year (167CLOSED vs 9 open).

Working the Advanced Search a little harder, I am able to pull the 'Closed' Meetings, as well as the 'Closed' and 'Enforcement' meetings since 2007.

Hypothesis:

Reading between the lines of what they are saying and comparing it to their actions (17 CLOSED door ENFORCEMENT meetings so far this year), is the SEC preparing to take action behind closed doors?
