DTCC UPDATE: Section 3(c)(7) restrictions for owners of notes issued by MP CLO VII, Ltd. (the "Issuer") and MP CLO VII, LLC (the "Co-Issuer") due 2028.
Does this mean if a party is doing something with this asset that doesn't have a right to hold, the issuer can force a sale on these notes?
