The agenda for the meeting includes:

- a panel discussion regarding private funds/markets and outbound investments in countries of concern;
- a panel discussion regarding ensuring digital engagement practices responsibly expand investment opportunities;
- a panel discussion regarding audit committee workload and transparency; a discussion of a recommendation regarding single-stock exchange traded funds;
a discussion of a recommendation regarding proposed amendments to regulation 13D-G and proposed rule 10B-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934
- proposed new Rule 10B-1 would require any person, or group of persons, who owns a security-based swap position that exceeds the threshold amount set by the rule to promptly file with the SEC a statement containing the information required by Schedule 10B on the SECโs EDGAR filing system. ;
