Axos Clearing LLC will acquire substantial assets from ETrade Savings Bank and will be assuming the DTC account that is currently held by ETrade Savings Bank.

As a result, E*Trade Savings Bank will retire as a direct member and its DTC participant account #5981 will be assumed by Axos Clearing.
